RUN! Your Own Virtual 5K
Help provide Fuel, Food and Medicine.
We're all aware at the dire needs of those in our own communities. The lines at the food shelf are growing longer each day. Likewise, our international partners have shared with us that they fear their basic needs will going unmet. We want to do what we can to help.
Our generous board has agreed to match raised funds up to $10,000 and Redmond Rotary Club in Washington is matching up to $2,000 as we help our partners buy fuel, medical supplies, and food to hold them over in these drastic times.
You can help by organizing your own SOLO Run for Relief Virtual 5K. You run your 5K route solo, invite friends to do their own. Register, donate, run and send us your verifiable time, and route map! Photos if you have them! We're offering a chance for all participants to win $50. All registered names go in the drawing. Also, best time/route men's and women's prize. Must register, send verifiable time and route by May 31. Prizes and drawings will be awarded mid-June. Stay healthy my friends! Get outside! RUN!
What: Virtual 5K - Run for Relief. Run anytime from now until May 31.
Why: Help our Partners feed the kids with an Emergency Relief Fund. We hope to help our partners provide basic needs such as food, fuel and medicines. Some of our partners are even helping their own communities, giving out of their need.
When: Now until May 31, 2020
How: Registration is $25 per person with 100% of your donation going to the fund with a match.
- Choose your solo route, run your solo 5K at any time you choose
- Create a team name, invite friends, and raise more funds
- Upload time and route photo or map from your Running Ap/Mobile Device to our interactive Facebook event group, or email our team
- Prizes of $50 certificates to be used online for the Endurance Shop
- $50 men's and women's prize for best time
- $50 to the runner who recruits the most people to their virtual team
