Celebrate Earth Day with the Westerly Land Trust at the 4th annual Foraged of the Earth dinner fundraiser at The Knickerbocker Music Center, 35 Railroad Avenue in downtown Westerly.
Several courses crafted by featured chef Chris Champagne will highlight edibles foraged from the wild, including local shellfish, venison, bear, trout, mushrooms and greens. Courses will be complemented with wine and beer pairings. Forager Keith Cowley will provide insight about the sourcing of ingredients and Earth's spring bounty.
The price for this unique dining experience is $50/person or $500 for a reserved table of 8. Due to the nature of this event, we are unable to accommodate dietary restrictions and the dinner is not suitable for children.
Funds raised directly benefit our land conservation program that preserves Westerly's wildlife habitats, drinking water supply, local farmland and public recreation areas for all.
