OUR MISSION IS TWO FOLD: PLANT & WATER

Plant
Our mission is to spread hope in a nation where hopelessness has statistically dominated the woes of all age demographics in Japan in the form of loneliness, isolation and suicide. We are living amongst a people group where the majority have never heard God's story and have never experienced the love of Jesus. Our family moved to Japan in January of 2018, as full-time volunteer missionaries, planting our first church in Kagoshima, Japan. Before boots hit the ground, God has been preparing the way for us and many doors have opened and relationships have formed since our arrival. We currently have 3 outreach ministries. Feeding our friends who are homeless and others that are having trouble making ends meet, English Outreach for youth and Go Local projects. There is much more that God is preparing us for and we are excited to be on the frontlines of whatever He calls us to.

Water
As we connect with people here, we have found Japanese Christians find it difficult to live out their faith in a country where less than 1% profess Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. With our past experiences, we know God has uniquely equipped us to encourage and build into the existing body of Christ in Japan sharing culturally practical ways to shine the light of Jesus in their daily life spreading hope through their existing relationships. God has also given us a platform to promote the need for evangelism in Japan and to provide discipleship training for missionaries who have a heart for Japan. We will be welcoming our first full-time, long term missionary in the spring of 2019.

It is more real for us than ever that the harvest is plenty but the workers our few (Luke 10:2).

We encourage you to join us on this battlefield! It is because of God's provision, your prayers and financial partnership, that we are able to devote 100% of our energy and effort to sharing the gospel with our friends in Japan.
