Hi everyone, my name is Richard.

I am a 22-year-old missionary from Alpharetta, Georgia. My mission statement for this campaign is to inspire my generation to love like Jesus.

This January, I will be going on the CARRYTHELOVE 2020 HBCU Tour across hundreds of universities in North America, Europe, and Africa. We rally together for a night of worship, inspiration, and action; the following day we move from inspiration to activation. Day two is focused on becoming a messenger, connecting as a community and reaching the campus with the Gospel.

I can give you the statistics on sexual assault, racial discrimination, depression, suicide, or lack of Christian movement that college students face, but it doesn't matter at the end of the day if we see the need and choose to look away. Together, we believe that the love of Jesus is the answer.

This is why the need is now, and why students need Jesus more than ever.
