Holden & Abby Jannusch

Hello! We are Holden and Abby Jannusch. We are on staff with Fire and Fragrance (Discipleship Training School) in Kona, HI. The heart of our school is to teach young people how to know God in a deeper way, and how to use their unique skills and gifts to make God known across the globe. We want to inspire a generation to commit their entire lives to serving God and serving people.

Abby and I have always wanted to be long-term missionaries. We spent the first two years of our marriage in San Francisco, and we felt God calling us to move to Hawaii to do a DTS (Discipleship Training School). Doing a DTS, even as a married couple, was incredibly formative and life-changing. We have never been more in love with God and more eager to serve Him with our lives. While we were in school, we felt God calling us to stay on staff and to learn how to become better leaders. Our long-term goal is to move to Asia as long-term missionaries, and we are privileged to serve in a community that will help us eventually accomplish that goal. In the meantime, we will be living in Kona and serving in any and every way we can.

We have committed the next two years to serve Fire and Fragrance as full-time missionaries, and we are deeply honored that God would want to use us in this way! We know that as we serve, disciple, and love this next generation, God will shape us into the people that He wants us to become.

As full-time missionaries, Abby and I are living completely off of the provision of God and the financial support of others. We believe that, through the incredible generosity of others, God will provide for us all that we need. Whether it be in prayer or financially, would you prayerfully consider joining our team of supporters?
