My name is Katie and I'm doing a 9-month training program with Zion Dance Company called The Residency!

About The Residency

Zion Dance Project's The Residency is a nine-month professional development program equipping dancers with technical training, performance opportunity, and spiritual activation. This unique opportunity provides the dancer with high caliber artistic development and the spiritual skills necessary to walk in their identity and purpose as creative artists.

As a Residency dancer, I will spend approximately 10+ hours a week learning how to minister to the Lord at the UPPERROOM School of Ministry (USM) and 16+ hours a week training in the studio with Zion Dance Project.

USM exists to train and equip believers to minister to the Lord first; we desire to make space for His presence to transform our lives and cities through intercession, miracles, signs, and wonders.

ZION STRIVES TO IGNITE THE HEARTS OF DANCERS CHALLENGING THE GENERATION TO DANCE FOR THE LORD WITH SPIRIT AND EXCELLENCE.

Pushing the boundaries of what it looks like to be a Christian dancer, Zion is committed to raising the standard of Christian art and restoring the full expression of worship to establish the Government of Heaven on earth in the professional dance industry and global church

For The Residency, I need to raise at least $1,200 monthly so I can financially support myself for housing, transportation, and food.

As well as my tuition, my tuition for this program costs $5,000 and that includes classes with Zion dance, upperroom, costumes, books, and fall and spring retreat.
