Megan Bayless

Hey there, my name is Megan Bayless and I am a full-time missionary staff at YWAM Queenstown, New Zealand.

We are a missions organization that is committed to knowing God & making Him know to fulfill the Great Commission. Our base is considered a pioneering base as we are only 4 years old. But the ministry is growing fast. Each quarter we have anywhere from 20-50 students coming to learn about God and then go to the nations to make His name known.

I have been with YWAM Queenstown for about 2 years now and have had the privilege getting involved with the community here in Queenstown through evangelism, church, coffee ministry where we hand out free coffee in town and much more. I have also had the opportunity to go to Papua New Guinea and hike to villages where people have not yet heard the name of Jesus as well as go to Singapore and do ministry in the Red Light District. Every area is a mission field!

I help lead the hospitality department and am also on the worship team here at our base. Within those two things I help take care of any students, staff, guests, and speakers coming and staying at our base to make sure they are welcomed and cared for, organize housing for our base as we do not have our own property yet, sing on the worship team 1-2 times a week, and more.

As a full-time missionary, I am believing that God will provide the finances I need to make partner in furthering His kingdom here in New Zealand as well as the other nations He brings me to through YWAM QT.
