Peyton Anderson

My name is Peyton Anderson I am a full time missionary with Youth With a Mission (YWAM) Kona. I am a new staff member in the 2022 Fire and Fragrance discipleship training school.

My heart burns for GEN-Z to encounter Jesus. Not the church, not religion but the man Jesus himself. When I was twenty-years-old, I did my Discipleship Training School with YWAM in the fall of 2020. It was life changing and since then, I have been deeply impacted by God's heart for GEN-Z and the nations. The Lord spoke into this hunger I had for the nations and seeing my generation gripped for Jesus during my year at home right after my DTS. I have sold everything back at my home to pursue this desire of being a full time missionary.

Fire & Fragrance is a YWAM community focused on training and sending GEN-Z to the nations to share the gospel. I chose Fire & Fragrance because of its emphasis on prayer and worship at the core of everything. I am currently serving as a full-time staff member developing young leaders. I spend most of my hours every week relationally investing in young people. Helping them build the skills, character, and knowledge to engage with the Holy Spirit to bring revival wherever He leads. Anytime I'm not with students, you can find me helping out with the campus whether it's doing dishes at our cafeteria, or pulling weeds and chopping trees down to expand future building projects for our 60 acres of land we plan to build upon!

In order for me to fully give my time and energy to this calling, I need to build a team: a group of friends, like you, who will stand with me in prayer and financial partnership.
