Ryan Rushik

Hi! My name is Ryan Rushik. I am a full-time missionary with YWAM (Youth With A Mission) in Kona, Hawaii. I am currently serving the local community of Hawaii and also on staff with YWAM Kona's Fire and Fragrance school.

I am passionate about disciplining my generation (and the next) to live lives fully in love with the Lord. While in Hawaii, I have been called to serve the local pacific islander community. My prayer is that pacific islanders would be sent all over as missionaries. My local focus is to disciple the next generation of young men from this community to reflect Philippians 4:8, "Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable--if anything is excellent or praiseworthy--think about such things."

In addition, I am a staff member at the YWAM Fire and Fragrance school. Our mission is to send young fiery-eyed revivalists all over the world. We invite students to join our community, to center their lives on Jesus, and to live out their calling. We are a family, full of joy, wholeheartedly surrendered to Jesus and wildly in love with his presence! God's love inspires and propels us to take the Gospel into all the world. From remote mountain villages to universities, our goal is revival that leads to reformation. My prayer is for us to see all, "nations come to His light" (Isaiah 60:3).
