New Life Community Health Center

Founded in 2000, the New Life Community Health Center has served patients from 88 different countries of origin. Through thousands of volunteers hours, we have provided health care to over 5,000 individuals from within our community and built a state of the art primary care facility. Gifts from individuals like yourself allow us to pursue our Mission Statement:

Compelled by Christian faith, in partnership with New Life Fellowship, New Life Community Development Corporation and others, we seek to see lives transformed through the provision of ongoing excellence in health care oriented to the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of immigrants and the under-insured of west/central Queens in New York City.
