As you know, we are fortunate enough to have our retired Oblate priests and brothers remain within our community at Annecy and Buckley Halls. Much like the humble men who call them home, these buildings have served faithfully for many generations. Like the men they house, these buildings require constant care, too.
We are in the planning stages for a major renovation at Buckley Hall. Before we can embark on this project, however, we must ensure the structure will be safe for many more years to come. The first step in this process is to replace the flat roofs that cover portions of the building. After years of protecting the men living at Buckley Hall from harsh winter storms, scorching summer sun and everything in between; the roofs are overdue for a much-needed replacement.
It will cost over $175,000 to complete the required work. If there is any way for you to help us enhance the future of this facility today, then I am praying you will do what you can.
Gratefully,
Rev. Michael S. Murray,
OSFS Assistant Provincial
