The Oblates INTRODUCE you to seven very special YOUNG MEN...
As the new year begins, the Oblates give thanks for the multitude of ways that God has blessed us. We are especially grateful for the vocations he has sent our community, seven in all!
It takes a unique kind of person to become an Oblate priest or brother. It takes someone who is committed to frontline ministry in a rich variety of communities, meeting people where they are in many states and stages of life.
The cost of educating and training these seven faith-filled seminarians (for tuition, textbooks, and room and board) is more than $41,000, per seminarian, per year. Simply put, we can't meet this need--they can't answer their calling--without the help of supporters like you.
Please, will you send a special donation so each of these seven young men can continue to grow in their vocation, and complete their journey to serve God?
And when you send in your donation, would you also take a moment to write in your personal prayer intentions, so the Oblates may pray for you? These intentions will be placed on the altar of our House of Formation in Washington, D.C., where our seminarians are reminded of your support while they pray, celebrate mass, and continue their studies.
Wishing you joy,
Rev. Michael S. Murray, OSFS
Assistant Provincial
