ST. JOHN OF THE CROSS PARISH 2024 SUMMER VOLLEYBALL CAMPS

SJC is happy to offer Volleyball Camps this summer for girls entering grades 1-8. We will emphasize instruction on proper volleyball techniques. Fundamentals, advanced skills and contests will be included. We will emphasize the importance of teamwork.

This year's camp will be led by Coach Meg Gardner who is a current SJC parent. Gardner concluded her 19th season as the Assistant Varsity Coach of Mother McAuley's Volleyball program in 2023. During this time, McAuley had nine state appearances including four state titles and one national championship. Gardner's players have gone on to play at such universities as Boston College, Connecticut, DePaul, Missouri, Nebraska, North Carolina, Northwestern, Notre Dame, and San Diego. As a former Mighty Mac player herself, Gardner won a state championship in 1997 and received First Team All-State, AVCA All-America, and Player of the Year accolades during her senior campaign. She went on to play collegiately at DePaul University. Currently, Gardner serves as a coach for Lions Juniors Volleyball Club as well as the Director of Student Activities at Nazareth Academy. Coach Gardner and her staff look forward to a week of great instruction and tons of fun while learning the game.

Walk-ups, pay at the door fee $95, cash or check only
Fee includes a T-shirt

NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER THE FIRST DAY OF CAMP.
