The Californians for Humane Immigrant Rights Leadership Action Fund (CHIRLAction Fund) was formed in 2009 to advance the human and civil rights of immigrants and to build a more just society through civic engagement and community education and by monitoring and supporting the passage of proposed or enacted ballot measures and legislation at the local, state, and federal level.
