Savor the Flavors of York County

MaxAbilities of York County is supported by the fundraising efforts of the York County Disabilities Foundation.

Our Mission is to maximize abilities for individuals with special needs in York County by Teaching, Empowering, Advocating and Mentoring.

The York Disabilities Foundation ensures that financial support is available for programs, services, and material that are not supported through other funding sources. Some of the ongoing community efforts supported financially through the efforts of the YCDF include Miracle Park, Bounce Out The Stigma Sports Camp, summer art camps, family emergency funding stipends, and holiday blessing boxes for families to name a few. The YCDF also provides financial support to ensure that MaxAbilities employees receive a holiday bonus and performance incentives to continue to do the great work that they do daily for nearly 1,400 families throughout York County. With the money raised at this year's event, we will be able to start the work of developing a sensory program to assist individuals of all ages and to increase the training opportunities to families who need this support.
