Rockport Community Land Trust

The Rockport Community Land Trust will address the urgent need for affordable housing in Rockport and has a mission to to ensure Rockport remains a diverse, dynamic community. This fund will support the initial efforts to create an inventory of homes in Rockport, with a focus on families, that serve as sustainable, perpetual income-affordable residences for qualified first-time home buyers. This fund will support fundraising activities and pay expenses in line with this charitable purpose.
